Engagement terms
Every engagement starts with a written scope, a fixed quotation, and a deposit. Invoices are issued by Genta Digital. Payment is collected through licensed providers; card details never touch my systems.
A paragraph is enough to start. I reply within two working days, and I will tell you plainly if the project isn't a fit.
